2. Scope of Service
Our services include inspection, cleaning, repair, installation, and maintenance of appliances as listed on our platform. Any additional work not included in the booked service may be charged separately after customer approval.
3. Pricing & Payments
Service prices shown on the website/app are base charges. Additional charges may apply for spare parts, gas refilling, or extra labor. Payment must be made after service completion through available payment methods.
4. Warranty Policy
We provide a limited 7-day service warranty covering issues related to the service performed. This does not cover unrelated faults, old damaged parts, or misuse after service.
5. Spare Parts & Materials
If spare parts are replaced by ExpertVai technicians, warranty (if applicable) depends on the part type. We are not responsible for parts supplied by customers.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe access to the service area, electricity connection, and water supply where required. ExpertVai is not responsible for delays caused due to lack of access or unsafe conditions.
7. Damage & Liability
Our technicians handle appliances with care. However, ExpertVai is not liable for pre-existing damage, weak fittings, rusted parts, or hidden internal faults. Any rare service-related damage must be reported within 24 hours.
8. Rescheduling & Cancellation
Customers may reschedule a booking in advance. Cancellation after technician arrival may incur a visiting charge.
9. Service Refusal Rights
ExpertVai reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe locations, abusive situations, or where technical risks are involved.
10. Updates to Terms
ExpertVai may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
